Cancellation and Delays

1: Service works over api no manual intervention not accept cancellation

2 : service can delay on rare occasion and is respected to follow delivery shedule
    we cannot cancel any order even if its overdue we can try to complete it as earliest to possible
    we can only approve cancellation if supplier accept it

2 : Obtain  a Full Gsx Report by using service name iPhone & iPad Full GSX Check ( Carrier ,SimUnlock Current Status)

3 : after obtain report using our gsx check service contact customer support using email with (order details i.e order id,imei,Gsx Report)

4 : after contact support need wait for verification process to complete based on supplier result will be resolved or refunded.
